Editorial Standards
Accuracy and trust are the cornerstones of our platform. We adhere to strict editorial and data integrity standards when publishing bottleneck metrics.
1. Data Integrity
Our baseline scores are aggregated from publicly available, reputable benchmarking software (like 3DMark, Cinebench) and real-world gaming telemetry. We do not accept payment or sponsorship from hardware manufacturers (Intel, AMD, NVIDIA) to artificially inflate scores.
2. The "Bottleneck" Definition
We define a bottleneck as a scenario where the utilization of one component (e.g., CPU) prevents another component (e.g., GPU) from reaching its maximum potential frame-rendering throughput at a specific resolution.
3. Regular Updates
As new drivers, game engines, and operating system updates are released, performance metrics shift. We pledge to review and re-balance our internal tier lists quarterly to ensure accuracy.
